Marielle Indyg holds an MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently serves as the project coordinator for the Carolina RESPOND Project, a community-driven intervention aimed at enhancing engagement in HIV-related services. Her previous research includes studying food insecurity among college students and evaluating healthcare access disparities faced by women in Mecklenburg County. Marielle’s public health interests continue to evolve and expand, but her core passion lies in using community-based research to address and reduce health inequities affecting marginalized populations.
